Welcome to my personal website!

I am a research economist with a Ph.D. in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business. My research lies at the intersection of applied econometrics, applied microeconomics, public economics, and political economy. I primarily work with microdata and employ econometric methods—both parametric and nonparametric—as well as machine learning tools to study how institutions, public policies, and economic and political reforms shape economic and political behavior and outcomes.

Across my research, I develop rigorous empirical strategies to strengthen causal identification and deepen our understanding of the role of institutions and public policy in shaping economic and political dynamics.

I am on the job market this year.
