Productivity, Efficiency, and Performance Measurement

I develop and apply econometric techniques to measure productivity and efficiency across firms, sectors, and countries, with a focus on understanding how determinants such as gender diversity in leadership, financial constraints, and innovation influence performance.

Political economy and Institutional change

I study how institutions, political representation, and public attitudes shape economic and democratic outcomes. My work includes research on representation and council size, attitudes toward refugee reception, gender in political leadership, and institutional reforms.
